CS then proceeded to tell me to contact the restaurant, I refuse as the issue was not of their doing (they had the order ready in good time). The failing is of your driver.

I reached out to customer services who told me the delivery was made in a reasonable time, which frankly isn't acceptable. I live a 5 minute drive from the McDonald's in question and it does not explain
