To clarify - "anything goes" means any charm that is table possible, even if there does not exist a random seed that can generate the charm

With how insane charms in Rise are "possible" but not actually possible, I wanted to get community feedback on if charms should be legal for the Rise Freestyle leaderboards. If limiting charms is the most popular option there will be another round of voting on exact rules.

An example of a charm limitation might be no more than 1 point on skill 1 with a C type skill 2. Or maybe harsher restriction, like a 1 WEX charm with no other skills or something.

@philbert8495 True. If the vote is close between the extremes and limiting charms isn't the most popular option I'll run another one or two day poll with just the two extremes as options.

There will be Switch Freestyle, Switch TA, PC Freestyle, and PC TA.

The only category I might consider adding is a TAS category depending on how restrictive the PC ruleset ends up.
