I-10 westbound near the 50 mile marker, near the Ocean Springs exit.
At approximately 9:30 a.m., multiple emergency agencies responded to a three-vehicle fatal crash. Motorists should expect extended travel delays & are encouraged to use alternate routes if possible.

It may not be snowy in south Mississippi but a rainy day combined with overnight temperatures in the 20’s could make for icy and treacherous travel. Troopers are actively monitoring highways to ensure safety.
Harrison County, Hwy 49 south, just south of Hwy 67.
State Troopers are on the scene of a 2 vehicle crash involving a motorcycle. Expect extended delays as you travel through the area as emergency personnel work to clear the scene.
When critical situations arise, all agencies must be in perfect coordination. That’s why tactical training was conducted today at George County High School.

Pearl River County, I-59 north near mile marker 15.
State Troopers and other emergency crews are on the scene of an 18 wheeler that caught on fire. The right lane will be closed for an extended period of time as the crews work to clean up the scene and repair the damaged roadway
It’s going to be a late night for our Troopers as they work diligently to keep the roads safe! If you’re out and about, remember to drive smart, drive sober, and get home safe!
