#TheLongWalk trailer looks like a genuinely faithful adaptation. When I first read the novella, like many I was-

1. Unaware it was Steven king
2. Definitely unaware what 'ticket' refered to.

And I GET it ... But how cool would the release be without those two hooks?

One thing traditional publishing does is teach you just how much you can take. I've had dreams crushed so many times, told myself "if this one doesn't make it, I'm done", have had the absolute worst case scenario happen, and I'm still out here and still writing anyway
