@KoreaXboxnews It was generally worse, but also had no cap for framerates, so in specific situations it ran above 30fps, otherwise it was not stable, so the delay was most likely for optimization and making the game ran on PS3, devs in general had hard time working on PS3 versions of games

@KoreaXboxnews Sonic Unleashed also had a specific delay for the PS3 version at the time, all versions released November, while the PS3 version was delayed by a whole month,a reason was not given at the time but it was certainly not for any exclusivity reasons, PS3 version performed differently

@KoreaXboxnews The PC version of Sonic Mania was delayed at the last minute, 2 weeks to be exact, in order to compensate, SEGA offered free Sonic 1 versions for PC players as they waited for 2 extra weeks, there wasn’t an explanation at the time, some suspected it had optimization issues
