I am absolutely disgusted by The Daily Mail’s headline.

They didn’t “romp”. He plied her with alcohol and raped her, and she took her own life.

The headline is as disgusting as the sentencing.

Because people keep asking: the report notes 95% of strip searches were for suspicion of carrying drugs. There is no mention of a single weapon being recovered from any strip search. Fewer than 1/3 led to an arrest.

This is about violating kids to find a few little bags of weed

Agreed, but what we're seeing is diagnosed or not, ND makes no difference once criminally exploited young people hit the CJS.
Police nor Children's Services (want to) see the relevance of ND in CCE. Big problem given those w. ND are highly represented in #Countylines trafficking.
