For as long as I can remember, my people have been treated like criminals, forced to jump through endless hoops just to prove that we are Kenyan. Past governments, filled with corrupt, spineless politicians, deliberately kept us in this cycle of discrimination, denying us opportunities while handing out services to their political puppets and criminals. We were humiliated, told we didn’t belong, and locked out of the very nation we call home.

But today, President @WilliamsRuto has done what no other leader had the guts to do-abolish this disgraceful vetting process once and for all. This is more than just a policy change, it is a statement that all Kenyans are equal, that our rights are not favors to be granted at the whim of a broken system. The leaders before him had every chance to fix this but chose to look the other way. They let our communities suffer while they built their political dynasties on lies and exclusion.

Well, that time is up. This milestone marks the end of a dark chapter in Kenya’s history. No more humiliation, no more second-class treatment. And to those still clinging to the past, crying about this decision-your era of oppression is dead. President Ruto has made history, and no amount of whining will change that.
