@Investec @Rapulaaa I’d highly recommend thinking about this before moving over to Investec. Pathetic service when it comes to fraud cases. I was advised it’ll take 7-14 days to resolve a fraud case. Easier and faster to deal with the Customer Service Center than the Banker. I’m considering @FNBSA

Apparently #HikVision outdoor cameras that have IP67 ratings can get damaged by Water.

Hikvision SA call center advised me not to put the outdoor camera in a location that it could get wet. I honestly have no words for such a response.
