Kyn rly staff is going to get some passengers killed with wrong info. First train on 1 was announced as 6.56 TL, & 6.54 PR on 1A. Then suddenly 1A PR becomes TL forcing people to scramble for train on 1, & train on 1A changed again from TL to 7.09 PR!!! @drmmumbaicr @PRO_CRly

AC Pass taken on 19 Sept, 7.16 KYN-CSMT run Non AC on 21, 23, & today 25 Sep, Either extend AC pass by number of days train run as non AC or refund amount as this is consistent deficiency of service. @Central_Railway @YatriRailways @drmmumbaicr @IndianRailUsers @TOIIndiaNews

CR authorities... You need to send ticket checkers regularly in AC locals, including early morning ones like 6.32 am and 7.16 am AC from Kalyan to CSMT. Lot of suspected ticketless travellers noticed these days @drmmumbaicr @GM_CRly @PRO_CRly
