@JAryubi I don't know a whole lot about exchange wallets but since you can swap TEL on the coinbase wallet, couldn't that be the cause for these transfers rather than a full blown coinbase listing?

Brutal situation for the wallet involved... transactions show the sale took place at 11:20 which is exactly the candle that caused the run off back near a penny. Looks like it triggered others to panic sell or algos to kick in leading to more volume following suit.
