@Ausgrid Will be contacting the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW and the Australian Energy Regulator on Monday. Questions: what/who caused the fault? Who is accountable? What will you do to prevent this from happening in the future?

@Ausgrid Given your evasiveness/ignorance, I decided to do my own investigation. They dug a hole on 28-41 Delaware St. Yesterday night, there were 3 trucks. This morning, there were fewer people working (around 7 people) and only 1 truck. Drove past at 9:30am, work had not started.
