Your then issued me with a lawyer's letter, in which you claim your client Chery Edenvale acted with "compassion and sympathy". How? When when your client does not take accountability as per the CPA AND renege on their word?

Thanks to that gentleman, consumers like me and hopefully others are inspired to speak out and speak up when our rights as consumers are being trampled on. @Wendy Knowler was deeply invested in that incident, as she is in mine.

Chery Edenvale and Tyremart Edenvale are making this my problem. They are legally bound to compensate. What about ethically and morally?

When I ask for this in writing, they serve me a a letter from their attorney and renege on their promises.
