@_chrisgoroo_ Nekem 4 hete volt a műtét. 1 napos, reggel 7-re mentem másnap 5:30 kor már jöttem haza. Emelni max 2kg-t lehet. Azt mondják 6 hétig pihenő. 1,5 hét után vezettem annyira nem esett jól. Első pár nap nagyon rossz, lefekvés felkelés pl. Szorulást/puffadást okozó dolgokat nem ehetsz
