@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile Samsung India, is this what ₹1L phones are worth? My 3–4 yr old devices both have the green line issue. Service says “phone is old, policy doesn’t cover it, pay for repair.” So premium phones lose all value in <5 yrs? Very disappointing support.@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile

₹1L+ each for Note 20 Ultra & S22 Ultra and both got the “premium” green line issue. Customer care = zero help, service center = zero accountability. Been forced to use a damaged screen that’s straining my eyes. Spent lakhs for this? Done trusting @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile
