Another Serbian case study from Fruška gora - Gorski goat cheese. Daily they process about 400l of Goat milk into high-quality products, such as mature goat cheese. Case studies will be available soon on our educational platform in 🇪🇸🇸🇮🇷🇸🇭🇷🇮🇹🇬🇧 language, so stay tuned.
