Per Rodger Baddell: “our girls are incredible. We’ve had a few unfortunate outcomes but myself, Coach Stackhouse and Mr. Vayden all believe we are more than capable of getting hot again at the just right time.”
Requiring help from someone who only wants to use you as a rung on their ladder up is never a position anyone wants to find themselves in. The way to avoid it is not putting yourself in that position in the first place
This is the hand we’re dealt and we’ll make the most of it!
Wanderers owner @DerrickVayden:
“Maybe I’m biased, but I firmly believe the Wanderers hav the best skill position group in @GladiaLeague. And with @ScrappySongbird doing the signal calling, well, I feel very good with our offense. She makes the most with a great group”
Looks like WrestleLeague is setting up shop in Wanderers country this week. And the Wanderers own @SuchSweetSour is in the mix!
Go get ‘em, Lems. Rep Milwaukee with pride!
Week 8
The second request week!
Boy, it'd be a real shame if the person you requested messed it up for you this late in the season...
Be careful what you wish for!
Wanderers HC Rodger Baddell on being one of two undefeated @GladiaLeague teams remaining:
It definitely feels good, and we’re working hard to be the only team to be undefeated. But our end goal is a championship. Winning as many games as possible is a great step towards the goal
As Coach Baddell said, Atlanta was as dangerous as any team. But our girls were ready and didn’t fall into the trap. A huge win to keep your Milwaukee Wanderers rolling!
Atlanta had a tall order when the red hot Milwaukee Wanderers came to town. Skylynn reed had her best game of the season and Atlanta held on to a slim lead as the game ticked away but final second heroics by Tyler Albright secured Milwaukee the 35-32 win as time expired.
No disrespect intended to the Banshees, but this is absolutely a trap game. Coach Baddell and Coach Stackhouse will stress the importance of staying sharp and treating every opponent as a dangerous threat, as they all are.
