if the offender was not able to present enough proof of his innocence and the prosecution also fails to present enough proof to establish guilt beyond reasonable doubt then the accused will be acquitted. its innocent until proven guilty always

no. there is no such thing as guilty until proven innocent. the presumption is always in favor of innocence. the burden to overcome this presumption falls on the prosecution the accused is not even required to establish their innocence because the rule already favors them.
