NSCN participated in the XV-GA of the @UNPOintl held in Washington DC (USA) that started from 31.07-2.08.2020 and moved the proposal that Indo-Naga political issue be adopted. It adopted the resolution after passing of votes in the plenary session.

..in the conflict & creating conditions & platforms for the 3 entities to resume negotiations or call for an immediate withdrawal of occupying forces from Nagalim. The occupying countries, India & Myanmar, must immediately release all Naga Political Prisoners of War. (5/5)

The Indo-Naga talk was never concluded on 31.10.19. It was only an ultimatum given to the NSCN to toe the line on Naga solution. We have been witnessing the negotiations that are still going on to resolve the core issues without which there is no foreseeable agreement.
