@HomeDepot @HomeDepot After spending over $4,500, I realize no one gives a hoot about their commitments.
We ordered products (flooring) to be delivered and installed by a specific date.
I even gave extra time to get that done ---
I made appts a few extra days later for other contractors so it would go smooth.
I counted on HomeDepot to fulfil the commitment.
They FAILED me.
Now I can’t get new appts with the other contractors– they are already booked up.
This means our client cannot move into her new home at all;
She is has been forced to live her and cat with friends with their dogs.
NEVER AGAIN – Home Depot doesn’t give a hoot.
It’s been 2 weeks. They still can’t give me a date now.
