"What used to take weeks โ capturing insights, documenting decisions, aligning stakeholders โ can be compressed to days."
@Endava CTO Matt Cloke on how Miro's collaborative AI structures and traces decisions. https://t.co/dEZRHew6EO
@lennysan@AnthropicAI Good collaboration has always sharpened ideas. AI just gives teams more raw material to challenge, refine, and improve together. ๐
Nobody builds anything great alone.
AI is changing how ideas get made, and Miro is changing how teams build on them together.
As we look back on #Canvas26, we're seeing what's possible when every idea, decision, and discussion stays connected in one workspace.
That's a wrap on AI Bootcamp Singapore! ๐ธ๐ฌ
What an incredible few days of learning, building, and connecting with such a passionate community of builders, founders, and AI enthusiasts.
A few highlights that stood out:
๐น Hands-on sessions that took us from concept to working prototypes
๐น Deep dives into the latest AI tools and how to actually apply them
๐น Real conversations with fellow builders navigating the same challenges
๐น A room full of energy, curiosity, and genuinely great ideas
Singapore's AI community is only getting stronger, and we can't wait to see what everyone builds next.
If you were there โ drop a comment with your biggest takeaway! And if you missed it, keep an eye out for the next one. ๐
Most handoffs pass on the what and lose the why. So walk each other through it โ recorded in Talktrack, right on the board, where the reasoning stays visible for your team and the AI building on it.
What's new:
โ Record anywhere, not just in Miro
โ Record together, with two or more
โ Auto-generate transcripts, summaries, and chapters
โ Edit your video without leaving the canvas
โ Use as additional context for AI
Jeff Chow, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Miro, shows what it looks like in action.
One of our most-requested features ever is here.
Native video upload and playback is now live in Miro.
Drop MP4s, WebMs, and MOVs directly onto your boards. Play them right there. No workarounds. No tool-switching.
To everyone who asked for this: we heard you. ๐ฌ
@aiwithsally Absolutely. The advantage isn't just creating institutional knowledge. It's retaining ownership of it and making it reusable across the organization. That's what turns AI interactions into a lasting competitive advantage.
@lennysan AI has made it much easier to work across tools instead of inside them. Having the right context from research, tickets, conversations, and plans in one workflow makes it easier to see the bigger picture before making a decision.
When everyone can build faster on their own, what holds the work together?
Miro's CEO Andrey Khusid explored this in an interview with McKinsey & Company. His take: as clearly defined roles give way to makers who build end to end, coordination becomes more complex, spanning people, agents, and the work between them.
So the advantage goes to companies that take a more centralized approach to collaboration, where teams can focus on decisions with continuous context from AI.

@aiwithsally It's exciting to think beyond individual prompts and toward end-to-end workflows. The next opportunity is designing how people and AI agents collaborate around shared goals and execution.
@DhirajK26126238 The best feedback loops don't end with collecting input. They make it easy for teams to see patterns, prioritize together, and act with confidence.
