The Senior Investigator at @OICIreland stated that “two fields had been deleted from the originals…before the records were sent to the Department...”

It was also clear from the start that three of the FOI personnel dealing with our request work for @culture_ireland. This was a clear conflict of interest as they fund and work with FMC. Their Programme Manager was also on the MISP judging panel.

Subjective distribution of funds. It is shocking out here and no one in there is listening. Read the stories. Chosen few get the gravy.
