@Orange_conseil Ok, so why is it every time we call the English speaking helpline from the UK, we are constantly getting French recorded messages and non English speaking customer service? Thank you.
@Orange_conseil Good afternoon, just called the English speaking helpline and once again the recorded messages were in French, we did get through to a person, but they only spoke French, not English! This is getting really frustrating now, can we book an appointment for someone to call us?
@Orange_conseil Thank you for your message, we tried calling yesterday at 3pm French time and all the recorded messages, on the English speaking line, were all in French. We are trying to cancel a telephone line and are really struggling now.
