Can #AI become your most productive teammate? @mit_ide Director @sinanaral and IDE/@MITSloan Postdoc @harangju ran one of the largest experiments to date on human-AI collaboration.
When paired with AI agents engineered for personality compatibility, human participants boosted productivity by 60%.
Using a custom platform called MindMeld, developed by Ju, they uncovered what happens when AI isn’t just a tool but a teammate.
