ICYMI, some interesting (and encouraging!) research on faculty attitudes to viewpoint diversity from @HdxAcademy.

💡Liberal faculty are surprisingly bullish on political diversity, new research from HxA shows.

Contrary to the idea that political diversity is a conservative cause, HxA found that liberal faculty were actually more likely to report that it improves teaching and research.
