زيادة الوزن تؤدي الى طريق الموت. يزيد عندك ضغط الدم. نهايته هبوط في عضلات القلب, تضخم في القلب, جلطة, شلل نصفي ....وو. يزيد مستوى ومرض السكري. نهايته مشاكل في النظر, غسيل كلى, بتر اطراف, جلطة في القلب, موت مفاجئ. نحتاج ممرات مشاة وممرات دراجات.
