Work hard.
Be consistent.
Pay attention.
Adjust when needed.
Be patient.
Surround yourself wisely.
Rest.
The battle is simply staying on the path.
The scene of therapy in Malaysia still appears as a surprising thing to many.
Therapy should be widely accepted. Therapy does not mean that there's something wrong with you. It could even be you trying to be a better version of yourself.
Seeking help helps.
Distractions like music or movies are the worst solutions because they work only temporarily. Negative thoughts will come back unless you deal with them.
