@bchesky@bchesky How about if you feel generous enough to refund guests due to C-19, you also feel generous enough to payout the hosts who are negatively impacted. Seems like you should help the small guys the company is built on, Airbnb is worth $106 billion...
@bchesky If Airbnb could launch anything in 2022 what would it be? How about if you feel generous enough to refund guests due to C-19, you also feel generous enough to payout the hosts who are negatively impacted. Seems like you should help the small guys the company is built on
@airbnb Your policy is set up to HURT THE HOST. We are two years into this pandemic. Your website says: the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected.
@Airbnb we have a 10 person home that we rent on Airbnb. So all it takes is for the renter to show one positive covid test and claim that person was coming with them and they are able to get a full refund? While we are complete screwed over???
@Airbnb Also, if you offer covid refunds, how are you able to prove the person with Covid was actually going to be staying if it isn't the person who booked the property? 99% of our guests do not include all of their party as guests. Seems like a massive loophole to me.
@Airbnb You're worth 106 billion, so if you feel generous enough to offer covid refunds outside of the cancellation policy to guests, maybe you should PAY YOUR HOSTS what they were owed, instead of screwing us over.
@Airbnb So nice of you to refund a guest 24hrs before check in because they have COVID. But what about the hosts who are holding up their end of the bargain? We set a cancellation policy for a reason and apparently it means nothing to you.
@tavinoir I π your socks. But the organic cotton & recycled paper labels are completely overshadowed by the massive amount of plastic wrapping that it takes for you to send me socks!!!! They do not need to be double wrapped in plastic. Please ditch the unnecessary plastic!!!
