@WestJet do you enjoy double booking your customers using website glitches and not refunding them in time for their credit bill so they owe hundreds in interest? UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
@WestJet you charge us twice and tell us there is nothing you can do to compensate? 3+ hours on hold over 2 days and we’re given an “I’m sorry”. We’re out almost $3000K and +$800 in interest and you can’t do anything?
@WestJet YOUR website glitches, duplicates our $2800 booking, and charges us twice. Unable to refund before our statement is due we are out $2800!! Your customer service says nothing can be done? UNACCEPTABLE
