Thought I’d catch the bus from #edinburghairport to Glasgow this morning. It’s been an absolute shit show with no show buses. rude & shouty staff & over two hours later, am still not there! @ScotCitylink please do better. Your man this morning was off the scale rude!

@ScotCitylink As a Scot waiting in the queue simply to get from the Airport to Glasgow, I was appalled that he might be the first impression of Scotland to those visiting.

Older gent. White hair. Glasses. I had no personal interaction, was just mortified by what I witnessed.

@ScotCitylink Had he explained about the delays and politely gone about informing those waiting and given clear and coherent directions, all would have been well. But he was frustrated, overwhelmed and rude. Nobody was being rude to him & simply politely looking for direction.

Some of the folk had waited >1hr for a bus promised every 20 minutes. Tired visitors to Scotland were met by an angry man who, instead of explaining there had been a hold up due to an accident, just shouted and refused to answer questions - because, of course, two buses arrived

@GLA_Airport have been trying to contact Lost & Found for 4 days now - any help please? Item left in lounge prior to flight and nobody answering any phones or replying to online enquiry to see if it’s been handed in?
