The War Powers Resolution (1973) is crystal clear: notify Congress in 48 hours, get approval within 60 days, or GTFO. They’ve been striking for months, Congress passed multiple resolutions telling him to stop, and he’s still playing dictator with American lives and your tax dollars.

This isn’t defense — it’s a reckless escalation with dead U.S. troops, surging oil prices, and zero exit plan. Article I gives Congress the power to declare war, not one orange felon with a sharpie.

Yup! Obama did not deport “3 million Americans.” He removed roughly 3 million noncitizens under U.S. immigration law. Americans cannot be deported (and he didn’t even brag about it).

And while Obama absolutely deserves scrutiny for Libya, drone strikes, and military interventions, claiming he “bombed seven countries without congressional approval” is a distortion. Many operations relied on the 2001 and 2002 congressional Authorizations for Use of Military Force.

The difference is that this meme has to invent facts to make its point. It literally turns millions of immigrants into “Americans” and erases Congress’s role where it existed.

If your argument only works after rewriting history, it’s not an argument—it’s propaganda. Obama’s actual record is controversial enough without fabricating it.
