राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प से बांग्लादेश के सत्ता पलट में “अमेरिकी डीप स्टेट” की भूमिका को लेकर मैंने सवाल इसलिए किया था क्योंकि मोहम्मद यूनुस अचानक से “प्रमुख सलाहकार” के पद पर नहीं बिठा दिए गए थे!

अगस्त 2024 में सोची समझी रणनीति के तहत छात्रों के प्रदर्शन हुए और फिर संदिग्ध तरीक़े से गोलियाँ चली और लोगों को सरकार के ख़िलाफ़ हिंसक भीड़ में तब्दील कर दिया. अमेरिकी विदेश विभाग में उप सचिव रहे डॉनल्ड लू इसके मास्टर माइंड थे. मौक़ा मिलते ही क्लिंटन फाउंडेशन के मुखौटा मोहम्मद यूनुस की एंट्री हुई जिसे जॉर्ज सोरोस का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त था. रोहिंग्या शरणार्थियों की मदद के नाम पर बांग्लादेश में लंबे समय से USAID की मौजूदगी ने जमीन पर इसे सफलतापूर्वक अंजाम देने में मदद की. दुनिया भर के देशों में “विक्टोरिया नूलैंड “ और डोनाल्ड लू के सत्ता परिवर्तन से जुड़े ऑपरेशंस की एक खास स्टाइल है . आख़िरी वक्त पर संबंधित देशों के सेना के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को अपने पक्ष में इस्तेमाल करते है और गद्दी पर बैठे राष्ट्रपति/प्रधानमंत्री को जान बचाने के लिए भागना पड़ता है वरना भीड़ के शिकार होते है .

लिस्ट बहुत लंबी है लेकिन कुछ उदाहरण दे रहा हूँ :

1. सर्बिया - बुलडोजर रिवोल्यूशन (Bulldozer Revolution) (2000)
समय: सितंबर-अक्टूबर 2000
टारगेट सरकार: स्लोबोडन मिलोसेविच
प्रोटेस्ट/आंदोलन: ओटपोर (Otpor!)
परिणाम: मिलोसेविच की सत्ता से बेदखली, पश्चिम समर्थित सरकार की स्थापना।

2. जॉर्जिया - रोज़ रिवोल्यूशन (Rose Revolution) (2003)
समय: नवंबर 2003
टारगेट सरकार: एडुआर्ड शेवर्नद्जे
प्रोटेस्ट/आंदोलन: Kmara Movement
परिणाम: शेवर्नद्जे का इस्तीफा, मिखाइल साकाशविली की सत्ता में वापसी।

3. यूक्रेन - ऑरेंज रिवोल्यूशन (Orange Revolution) (2004-2005)
समय: नवंबर 2004 - जनवरी 2005
टारगेट सरकार: विक्टर यानुकोविच
प्रोटेस्ट/आंदोलन: Pora Movement
परिणाम: चुनावी परिणाम रद्द, पश्चिम समर्थित विक्टर यूशचेंको की जीत।

4. किर्गिस्तान - ट्यूलिप रिवोल्यूशन (Tulip Revolution) (2005)
समय: फरवरी-अप्रैल 2005
टारगेट सरकार: अस्कर अकायेव
प्रोटेस्ट/आंदोलन: KelKel Movement
परिणाम: अकायेव का निष्कासन, कुरमानबेक बाकियेव की सत्ता में वापसी।

5. म्यांमार - सफ़रान रिवोल्यूशन (Saffron Revolution) (2007)
समय: अगस्त-अक्टूबर 2007
टारगेट सरकार: सैन्य जुंटा
प्रोटेस्ट/आंदोलन: बौद्ध भिक्षु प्रदर्शन
परिणाम: आंदोलन असफल, लेकिन आगे चलकर 2011 में आंशिक लोकतंत्र की स्थापना।

6. ईरान - ग्रीन रिवोल्यूशन (Green Movement) (2009)
समय: जून 2009
टारगेट सरकार: महमूद अहमदीनेजाद
प्रोटेस्ट/आंदोलन: Green Movement
परिणाम: विरोध प्रदर्शन विफल, लेकिन अमेरिका ने विपक्ष को समर्थन दिया।

7. अरब स्प्रिंग (Arab Spring) (2010-2013) - विभिन्न देशों में

टारगेट सरकार: चीन समर्थित हांगकांग प्रशासन
प्रोटेस्ट/आंदोलन: Occupy Central with Love and Peace
परिणाम: आंदोलन असफल, लेकिन लोकतंत्र समर्थक आंदोलनों को बढ़ावा मिला।

10. बेलारूस - स्लिपर रिवोल्यूशन (Slipper Revolution) (2020)
समय: अगस्त 2020
टारगेट सरकार: अलेक्ज़ेंडर लुकाशेंको
प्रोटेस्ट/आंदोलन: NEXTA Movement
परिणाम: आंदोलन असफल, लेकिन पश्चिमी प्रतिबंध और राजनीतिक दबाव बढ़ा।

11. कजाकिस्तान - कजाकिस्तान प्रोटेस्ट (2022)
समय: जनवरी 2022
टारगेट सरकार: कासिम-जोमार्ट टोकायव
प्रोटेस्ट/आंदोलन: Zhanaozen Protests
परिणाम: सरकार ने रूस की सहायता से विद्रोह को दबाया।

यह सभी आंदोलन अमेरिका और पश्चिमी देशों द्वारा प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रूप से समर्थित थे। इनमें से कई सफल रहे, जबकि कुछ असफल रहे, लेकिन उन्होंने संबंधित देशों की आंतरिक राजनीति को अस्थिर जरूर किया।

INTERESTING: An impeachment motion against Iran’s foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, has been filed in the parliament’s system.

The trigger was Abbas Araghchi’s contacts in New York with US officials, including envoy Steve Witkoff, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. Tehran MP Amirhossein Sabeti, who filed the motion, says that meeting was not authorized by the Supreme Leader and fell outside Iran’s policy framework.

CDC is aware of and closely monitoring reports of a suspected case of pneumonic plague in the Irkutsk region of Russia that resulted in a death. We are working across the U.S. government to assess developments as additional information becomes available.

While the circumstances of this reported case remain unconfirmed, plague is a serious bacterial disease that is treatable with antibiotics, particularly when recognized and treated early.

Pneumonic plague can spread person-to-person through respiratory droplets during close contact, which is why rapid identification and treatment of infected individuals, and monitoring of potentially exposed individuals, are important public health measures.

At this time, there is no indication of a broader threat to the United States, but CDC and our interagency partners are prepared and will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Two major piece of American military hardware that have been stationed in the Middle East have left the region.

The USS George H.W. Bush, which had been in the Middle East since April, and the Delbert D. Black guided-missile destroyer, which had been in the Middle East since the beginning of this year, are now both in Thailand for port visits.

The USS George Washington is now the sole remaining U.S. aircraft carrier in the Middle East. It is currently in the Arabian Sea and arrived in the Middle East in August to replace the USS Abrham Lincoln which will arrive back to its home port of San Diego this week.

Attached is a map of the current locations of U.S. military ships in the Middle East - notably, it includes three guided-missile destroyers in the Red Sea.

Right now about 17 U.S. military ships are in the Middle East in total- slightly less than the amount of ships that have remained there since the days leading up to the war with Iran eight months ago.

The USS George H.W. Bush is expected to sail back to the Middle East in the next few weeks.
