MJ's scandals can't be explained in a soundbite, which is what the media expects (Gayle offered Weitzman 30 seconds to rebut LN in '19).
But Season 1 of @Case4Innocence presents more than 15.5 HOURS of fact-based, heavily researched material on them all.

@WotthellisthisX It was only count 1, but it contained 28 "overt acts" of which the state only had to get the jury to believe a single one of them to convict on the entire charge.
That alongside the four "lesser-included" of alcohol to minors were Sneddon's hope to convict any way imaginable.
MICHAEL JACKSON: THE VERDICT (June 13, 2005 - Unanimous Jury)
Count 1 - NOT GUILTY of Conspiracy.
Count 2 - NOT GUILTY of a Lewd Act Upon a Minor Child.
Count 3 - NOT GUILTY of a Lewd Act Upon a Minor Child.
Count 4 - NOT GUILTY of a Lewd Act Upon a Minor Child.
Arvizo Timeline
2000: Nothing.
2001: Nothing.
2002: Distant from MJ for a year. Filmed LWMJ. Nothing.
2003: LWMJ airs. DCFS investigates. Media frenzy. Allred complains. Sneddon opens investigation & issues PR w/ tip lines.
๐ This is the moment MJ began committing "crimes."
@Keb_187@theplacehotelly@nicoolio_gp@operationgo12 Dec. 29, 2004. Amen spoke for hours with Sneddon under immunity to speak the truth, however incriminating. He talked of transporting the Arvizos as part of his duties.
At no point was this "discovery" mentioned nor turned over to investigators then or throughout the trial.

@truthpr96885894 Made even more disgraceful by the fact that the opening frame of the series proclaims that it examines the trial "using court records and first hand testimony."
By that they meant "willing to air every rumor propagated by people like Dimond and Amen, regardless of credibility."
These are the parties featured in the latest MJ cash-in slop. And they call this a "forensic review" deep dive.

@EW Vincent Amen was interviewed by Tom Sneddon for hours in December 2004. Sneddon offered him immunity to talk truthfully about anything he knew about MJ or the allegations.
The materials he has been shopping to tabloids and for this special were never mentioned nor turned over.
@dapduoslegacy He sways whichever way brings in more publicity and profit, while always carrying the "Jackson insider" moniker.
He was the one who ghostwrote the court-demonstrated false and sensationalized book for Bob Jones and was in line to work with the two flip-flop jurors on their book.
@Markezinelee If you are referring to the catalog that Vincent Amen shows with circled "nudist DVDs," there is no evidence this was ever in MJ's possession at all and no such DVDs ever found at Neverland.
It was never given to prosecutors, who spoke to Amen for hours in 2004, under immunity.
@iamveronica777 Yes, Zonen did this to multiple witnesses including Wade and Mac. It was the most desperate tactic possibly ever seen in a courthouse. Well, next to the closing arguments where Zonen randomly pointed out "ThE VaSeLinE!" in one of the photos.
@mai74296@FrenchManny She runs that exact story in her bookโagain with no actual sources.
In fact that story was recycled by Dimond after first being reported in British tabloids at the time, except the "German" angle was added.
She recounted the same story in tabloid TV "What Really Happened?" too.
@svtppyopuli Jordan described MJ as circumcised when his autopsy has confirmed he wasn't. The state never raised these photos in court including as probable cause from Dec. 93-July 94 (when Jordan was still cooperating) because it was clearly guesswork & the biggest detail he got very wrong.
@GeraldoRivera Blink twice if you're contractually obligated to make such a weird remark to bring up the allegations (that post-dated the end of the biopic in any case).
Comparable to when Fox News prevented you from covering any part of the MJ trial Feb-Jun 2005 because you were pro-defense.
@whoisitbad Not just participates in it but outright lies about the circumstances surrounding the Arvizo footage. Calling it a bombshell revelation that MJ admitted he and Gavin "sleep in the same bed" while cutting out the rest of LWMJ that confirms they never did sleep in same bed at all.
@GlorieSarah Yep.
Raymone Bain, the weakest and most useless publicist to ever work for MJ, who also was the last person to ever sue him in his life when she wanted to take credit and millions from This Is It.
These are the people they drudge up to depict the "MJ defense" side of it all. ๐
@Variety Bashir conceded in 2009 that he never believed Michael Jackson committed any child abuse.
But for the sake of the latest cash-in he doesn't mind rewriting the sequence once again, calling it a "bombshell" revelation.
And the filmmakers don't mind omitting the reality, either.
@Variety The show is pure distortion from the opening commentary onward, despite the preface that it uses "court records and 1st hand testimony."
Starting with Bashir pretending MJ & Gavin said they slept in the same bed, cutting out the clip where both of them confirm MJ slept on floor.
Martin Bashir continues his lies for this special: "Michael volunteers during the conversation that he and Gavin sleep in the bed together."
The film cuts out the second half of the clip where MJ and Gavin both confirm that MJ slept on the floor.
The deception is surreal here.
@USATODAY There were no "allegations of CP" in the Arvizo case. The FBI analyzed all 16 drivesโnothing. The state found no CP in any raid or he would had been charged. Zonen confirmed this again after fake "police files" circulated.
This show lets tabloid stars fabricate unfounded claims.
They allow these parties to fabricate entire stories without a single effort to fact-check any of it.
Even showcasing Amen's "CP DVD catalog!" story he began selling to tabs years ago. An item never in MJ's possession, never given to police, Amen owns it. But suddenly it's MJ's.
