Hot take: we should remove the tip payment model entirely. What if companies actually just baked in the tips into the price of their goods/service and paid their employees properly? I know this is a crazy idea, but it ticks me off when I buy dinner and I am obligated to add 20%.

@tha_rami Don't today's artists also replicate & study the artist before their time. That is how they learn different styles. Then they eventually learn what styles best fit their preference and roll with that and eventually make it their own.
