@BeckyLynchWWE Wearing the Apple Watch under tape seems like a good idea to track your heart rate in real-time, but what it compromises isn’t worth it. A rigid block negates the tape’s purpose, creating gaps and a fulcrum that risks joint damage on bumps. Better to take it off.
