I find it fascinating that perception is 9/10ths of the law when it comes to leadership. One could carry about their work with good intentions & genuinely make a positive impact. But despite this, someone, somewhere, & often quite unfairly, will paint you as their Trunchbull. 🤔

@pmac1610 This is such a good point. I have ongoing discussions and debate about how assessment and reporting are in fact, two different things. Assessment design in the context of an ongoing cycle of plan, adapt, teach, assess, reflect is where “the magic happens”.
