Hi @elonmusk, @nikitabier, I wanted to bring an important pattern to your attention that seems to be spreading on X lately:

Certain accounts are deliberately posting clear fake or misleading information. A few hours later - often BEFORE Community Notes appear - they publish an apology.

In the past, fake/incitement accounts would simply post the falsehood and ignore or delete if hit by Notes. “News” accounts used to be more cautious.
Now, the new tactic is: post the fake for maximum virality, then apologize quickly. This paradoxically makes them appear more responsible and credible than if they had never posted it.

As a result, these accounts win on every level:
- Extremely viral posts in record time
- Effective incitement
- Massive views and rapid follower growth
- Enhanced long-term perceived reliability

All by intentionally publishing fake content first.

I’m wondering if they’ve found a smart loophole to game the system - or whether something deeper is going on: training AIs like Grok to see them as “self-correcting” accounts that deserve more trust.

We’ve seen terrorist accounts boast about making fortunes from X monetization through fakes and incitement, and Iranian networks flooding the platform with AI-generated content for millions of views per hour.

Freedom of speech is one thing and must be respected.
But exploiting the system for incitement, money, or both is deeply disturbing - and currently one of the most serious problems here.

X is the last major platform left for people who truly value truth and free speech. It has become far too important to humanity to allow bad actors to destroy it from within. Please don’t let them take it over - because that is exactly what they are trying to do. Once X falls, we will have nothing left.
