You issues rules to make flying safer in Bharat. Indigo didn’t like those rules. It asked you to rollback the rules. You refused. Indigo started collection money for flights that were never going to fly as per predetermined plan. They made public suffer inside airport by saying flight delayed till flights were finally cancelled. IndiGo knew it will create public furore. That happened. Entire aviation transport got chocked. IndiGo meantime happily earned interest on already collected fare. And now, instead of acting tough, you have rolled back the rules meant for fliers safety.

6th शेड्यूल में शामिल करने का मतलब यह नहीं है कि कल ही कर देंगे। लद्दाख की सीमा किस राष्ट्र से लगती है, वो सरकार न देखे। वो यह न देखे कि पहले उस क्षेत्र को हम हर तरह से स्थिरता योग्य भाँप कर, कोई परिवर्तन करें?

१. कल को तुम्हें ऑटोनमी चाहिए और तुम ‘इकॉलॉजी’ के नाम पर सड़कें नहीं बनाने दोगे। सेना और सैन्य ढाँचे कैसे मूवमेंट करेंगे, कैसे बनेंगे?

२. तुम्हें युवाओं के लिए रोजगार चाहिए, पर तुम कैपिटलिस्ट कंपनियों को वहाँ आने नहीं दोगे। वांगचुक का कॉन्ग्रेसी बाप देगा सबको रोजगार?

३. लद्दाख में खनिज हैं, या आगे निकलेंगे, उसे यही चिरकुट खनन से रुकवाएँगे क्योंकि ‘जल जंगल जमीन’ की डफली बजेगी। सेमीकंडक्टर के लिए अल्ट्रा प्योर सिलिका से ले कर कई महत्वपूर्ण खनिज भंडार हैं वहाँ। यूरेनियम और थोरियम के रिजर्व भी हैं।

४. चीन क्यों चाहेगा कि यहाँ सड़कें आएँ? वो क्यों चाहेगा कि ये क्षेत्र स्थिर रहे? बौद्ध और मुस्लिम का कॉम्बिनेशन और दो सांसद की माँग आपको समझ में नहीं आ रहा? कल तक तो ये कश्मीरी मुसलमान सत्ता से त्रस्त हो कर अलग होना चाहते थे!

५. भारत सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दवाब में आ कर जम्मू-कश्मीर में चुनाव कराए, पहलगाम घटा। कौन लेगा उत्तरदायित्व? लद्दाख को भी ऑटोनमी दे दें, जल जंगल जमीन दें दें, फिर ये चीनी दल्ला वांगचुक प्रदर्शन पर नहीं बैठेगा?

६. पहले केवल छठे शेड्यूल की बात थी, अब राज्य का दर्जा चाहिए, फिर युवा रोजगार हो गया, फिर दो सांसद हो गए, फिर ऑटोनमी चाहिए… ये सब दे दोगे तब भी ये आग लगाएँगे।

इसलिए, वांगचुक के ‘विज्ञान’ और कृत्रिम ग्लेशियर से इतर, इसकी वास्तविक रणनीति को देखो।
