It saddens me that young people and women are obsessed with this assassination culture and celebrate what Luigi Mangione allegedly did—a cold-blooded murder. Perhaps it’s nihilism or the lack of a valued family that leads individuals to perceive this man as a hero? I don’t know the answer, and I’m not judging anyone because I’m flawed as well. I remember when I was 23, I saw the world differently than I do now at 43. I would say I’ve grown up and my life has improved. Take that for what it’s worth.

The CEO of an insurance company is not the villain; he’s a victim, along with his family. We can debate the health insurance industry, but murdering this man won’t solve anything. It actually hurts our culture in America and only divides us more at a time when we should be united as Americans! However, there are people who are obsessed with cereal killers, so there’s no rhyme or reason why cold-blooded killers are romanticized. In my opinion, a sane, moral person who values life doesn’t engage in such behavior. I suppose it fills a void for certain individuals. Perhaps we should fill that void with something productive, spiritual, or family-oriented. I know having children changes a person forever. We need to return to a time when having a family and a career through hard work is a goal in this country.

The information war is upon us, and it’s devastating our country. We can call it propaganda or clickbait, from mainstream media to foreign influence and even reared its ugly head in our universities! We’re being bombarded from all angles! Financial incentives are being used to manufacture rage to sway public opinion through non-profits 501(c)3 and (c)4 organizations. It’s crazy times. How do we know what we’re seeing or reading is the truth? It’s challenging. However, having a strong moral compass and understanding of this situation helps. I don’t have the answers; I’m just observing from above, trying not to get

Nope. Why is a sitting US senator even out there. Do they even care about the crimes committed by the illegals that are in there? They don’t care about the immigrants, they care about the census and their voter base to keep power. If they care about the so called “conditions” of these detention centers they would be protesting outside every jail and prison in America. I’ve spent 8 years in some of those facilities and they all suck. But no one protests for American citizens who are sometimes treated even worse than illegal aliens. These people just want to be able to do a hit piece on ICE for the media to demonize law enforcement!!
