Mr Hoskins will do a super job in the autumn term and it will be wonderful to have the Marchwood family altogether again as they should be.

Y6 children have today been kindly presented with a beautiful personalised key ring from the PTFA and a stunning booklet made by Mr Jacobs with quotes from every child 💗

Finishing Y6 in the middle of a pandemic is not easy but staff are making it as special for our children as possible!

Zoom assembly, followed by a year group presentation (Thanks PTFA!) followed by a bubble pizza party on the field.

The star flag was made as an example to reflect our bubble (Mr Hoskins and myself). The big red cross is to represent that is it okay to make mistakes but we try to only make the same mistake once 🙂

In Monday's 'in school' Zoom assembly, each bubble was challenged to design their own bubble flag. They had to design it together and then be able to explain each aspect to the rest of the school.

It was great to hear the children explaining about their love and care for our Marchwood family and how they love being together and working as a team.

Class assemblies today were lovely. We shared a little film with each class to share memories from their time in school this year.
It was a great opportunity to say goodbye to the children as a whole class including the children who are in bubbles in school.

Today was the last of the live Zoom lessons from Mrs Read.
