- कुछ ग्राहकों को आधा -अधूरा फ्लैट देना भी तो नए चार्ज की डिमांड करना।
- पेमेंट में थोड़ी भी देर हो तो अत्याधिक उच्च दर से पेनल इंटरेस्ट चार्ज करना।
- 11 वर्ष की देरी के लिए BBA के शर्तों के वावजूद कपंसेशन नही।
