Looks like you need to work little more on your customer service.
I ordered an product on 6th August 2020 and received today.
On the outer package the "Amount to be paid" was printed as 395/- where as on invoice inside the package it was 346/-.

In know the mistake of Rs.49 may be negligible for you but if the mistake can be of Rs.49 , may possible in future it may be for 490 or 4900. 🙄

I am your loyal customer I hope you will go through it soon.

Btw,
I paid Rs.395 and not Rs.346
