proudly represented the state of Gujarat. Competing in various athletic events they achieved an outstanding performance by winning 2 Gold, 3 Silver and 2 Bronze medals securing a total of 7 medals.
At the 27th National Deaf Senior Sports Championship 2025–26 (Athletics) around 750 athletes from different organizations across 21 states of India participated. A total of 12 students from the Manav Kalyan Trust-run School for speech and hearing impaired
Following the awareness and training segment the students actively participated in hands-on practical activities enabling them to understand and implement organic vegetable cultivation methods effectively.
The School for Visually impaired and Physically Challenged Children, Shivarimal in joint collaboration with Gram Seva Trust-Kharel organized a “Bal Shakbhaji Ghar” (Children’s Kitchen Garden) program for the students.
Under this initiative students were provided with training on nursery cultivation techniques and detailed guidance on how to grow and obtain chemical free vegetables in a sustainable manner. The session included both theoretical knowledge and practical demonstrations.
The girls from our Blind Children school, Shivarimal-Dang delivered an outstanding and commendable performance securing the Third Position. In the first match, Bhoye Shruti was awarded & in the second match, Taria Krutika received the Player of the Match award.
Shree Swaminarayan Gyanpeeth, Salvav (Vapi) in collaboration with Omkar Charitable Trust, Ahmedabad organized a two-day Blind Women’s Cricket Tournament. A total of six teams participated in the tournament.
The tournament witnessed participation from four teams in the under-18 age category representing Dang, Surendranagar, Idar and Memnagar. Among them our Blind children Dang team emerged as the winner of the tournament.

Under the Khel Mahakumbh–2025 initiative, the Department of Sports and Cultural Activities, પ્રજ્ઞાચક્ષુ મહિલા સેવાકુંજ- Surendranagar, organized a State-level Special Khel Mahakumbh Sports (Cricket) for women at the Police Parade Ground, Surendranagar.
At Blind children School, Shivarmal, Dang, on 26/12/2025 various competitions were organized on the occasion of “Veer Bal Diwas.” The activities included an essay competition, drawing competition, storytelling, mimicry, knowledge-based (word) activities, drama & group discussions
The founder of Manav Kalyan Trust “Mamta Mandir”, Late Shri Maheshbhai Kothari, was remembered on his 14th death anniversary. On this occasion, the “Human Welfare Service, Special Achievement Award – 2025”
was presented to achievers in organ donation, charity, environment, education, and sports. The event was graced by Dr. Dharmeshbhai Kapadia, Shri Rajeshbhai Tandel, Dr. Diptiben Desai, and Shri Ghanshyambhai Patel.
The celebrations were held at Shri P.S. Kothari Hearing Impaired Multipurpose School, Shri M.S. Kothari Hearing Impaired Secondary and Higher Secondary School, and the Multipurpose School for the Intellectually Disabled, Vijalpore, Navsari.
Members from various organizations like Mahila Arts and Commerce College Navsari, AB School, Lions Club of Navsari, and Parampita Brahmakumari Ashram visited the schools run by Manav Kalyan Trust to celebrate Raksha Bandhan.
Educational kits were distributed to the newly enrolled students. Additionally, school enrolment were provided to 30 children with hearing impaired and 26 children with intellectual disabilities.
Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, and the State Government, the School Enrolment Festival (Shala Praveshotsav) is celebrated every year. On 26th June 2025, the School Enrolment Festival 2025–2026 was celebrated for differently-abled children of:

· School for intellectually disabled
The event was organized at the premises of “Mamta Mandir”- Navsari. The celebration was graced by the presence of Navsari District Social Welfare Officer, Shri Nirmalbhai Chaudhary.
