I spoke with a county official who told me the request was made as a preventative move, but not fully due to COVID. The surrounding area does not have much space for bodies (including hospitals)- so this is in case there would be a spike in deaths- both COVID-related & otherwise

Post-covid festivals are here. We haven’t had a case of covid in the community for over 8 months. Life is back to normal thanks to everyone doing the right thing! 👍
