@Chabiche61 @vbenard Le problème dans ce raisonnement c'est que tu peux très bien mettre tes actions "virtuelles" en collatéral pour obtenir "du vrai argent" à des taux type 4-5%, => prêt Lombard

La critique de Zucman en fait c'est plus ça : il était prévu qu'il obtienne du cash (12,5 Md) en mettant en collatéral ses actions Tesla. Les actions "virtuelles" peuvent donner accès à du cash bien réel.
