@ImmigrationDept a service by the way is not cheap! You want me to come there spend another whole day then months later tell me you are out of booklets again! Get your stories straight and get in touch telling me when I can expect my whole family's passports.

@ImmigrationDept I have passports pending since November then all over sudden feedback I get is now you don't have 66 pages booklets! When I came for biometrics in October I was told you phased out 32 pages so I had to upgrade to 66 pages! What kind of game are you playing now!

@ImmigrationDept now am advised I have to come back with my whole family and fill forms to change the booklet! To what! I have been there 3 times! Am not dragging my children out of school again and also taking leave from work because you cannot offer a service I paid for!
