When I speak in support of the SAVE America Act, some Republicans tell me to stop, insisting that it’s a lost cause and we have to move on
Others chime in to say “remove Thune or your words mean nothing”
I emphatically reject both of these arguments
I explain why in this video
MARÍA CORINA MACHADO ON A POST-MADURO VENEZUELA
“Venezuela is for me the country with the largest opportunities, not only for the United States [but] the rest of the West…
I'm not talking about our natural endowments, which are huge. We'll already address that, or infrastructure or even our geographical position. It's our people, what we have endured, and the way we have come together.
And I've heard recently some people talking about: that once Maduro goes out (because he will leave soon) there's this risk of civil war or unrest. Give me a break.
We're talking about a country where 90% of the population, we all want the same. There are no religious differences. There are no racial tensions, no social or political differences. We all want the same. And we have fought so hard for freedom that we are the ones who are guaranteed that this will be an orderly transition.
And yes, we are close to the United States values and culture. Yes, we are. We admire a nation that has strong democratic institutions; that feel proud for their achievements, their history, their legacy. And so are we.
So look, those kind of socialist rhetoric nowadays is useless in Venezuela. You know, we have only known socialism. And Venezuela today is a country I believe that most people embrace open markets, respect for private property, merit and collaboration.”

UPDATE FROM TINA PETERS: 364 Days of Injustice
As I approach 365 days in this hellhole—tomorrow marks one full year, and Friday is the anniversary of the day they shackled me and dragged me out of the courtroom—my chest hurts just thinking about it.
It's seared into my mind.
I've been deprived of everything everyone else takes for granted: going to a restaurant, driving somewhere, flying, being with whoever I want, seeing my granddaughter, visiting my mother who'll be 97 next month.
All of that, gone.
Where is everybody? I did what I was supposed to do—legally—to expose their crimes.
Who has my back now? Where are the people who benefited?
Has it been decided that I will be made the SACRIFICIAL LAMB to give the networks something to rally behind?
The President has demanded my release four times—twice on Twitter, twice verbally.
Why is the DOJ defying Trump's demands? Get off your asses and get me out!
This is not right. The state never had jurisdiction to indict, prosecute, or imprison me because of the Constitution, the Supremacy Clause, and Immunities Clause. I was protecting federal election records. Colorado violated federal law by locking me up.
The federal government could come in right now, pluck me out, and say, "No, you're violating her constitutional rights. She was performing a federal duty."
Send in the marshals—get me!
Not just because I'm a whistleblower, but because they had no right to do this.
This is straight-up lawfare.
I'm a political prisoner suffering cruel and unusual punishment, just like Tore called out in her amicus brief. How many whistleblowers, reports, and proofs do we need?
We have already proven it all—yet here I am, in a medium-security prison with murderers, the worst of the worst. People serving life for gruesome murders, featured on Dateline and 20/20. I was just in the gym with one—she's sweet to me, but that's the reality I'm living every day.
For what? Protecting elections?
The same biased judges who denied my bond with no explanation will drag out any appeal for years. They're not normal; they were put in place illegally, selected by benefactors in these blackmail rings like Epstein and P. Diddy. They collect their dues.
Forget the appeal—optics don't matter. Just do it, and deal with the court later.
And the prosecutor calls me a danger to society? A flight risk? Meanwhile, they let out a criminal with 39 convictions, 25 felonies, who then murdered that poor little girl.
Her father's been yelling about it on Fox News every day—bring that up. It just validates I'm a political prisoner in a state that could be criminally prosecuted for this.
Something's got to break. Go to https://t.co/DMRTy8JLzE to see the filings and the latest.
And if you can support me, I need your help. I cannot pay my attorneys and my appeal still has a very long time to go. If you can help please donate at https://t.co/smLgjDIHhq

@EvaVlaar Can you say a little more? You know them all so well that you see things we don't. What is wrong with getting comfortable in a nice room and having a talk?
“We are fighting for the American people and when we fight for American freedom and constitutional rights, we are fighting for people all over the world.”

Israel's recent offensive against Iran, coupled with promises of further action, has sent shockwaves through the Middle East and beyond. Far from reckless, this operation may prove to be a historic favor to the world, dismantling a looming threat while empowering the oppressed and exposing the fragility of Iran's radical regime.
The Iranian people, long crushed under the iron fist of their theocratic rulers, have played a pivotal role in this operation's success. Reports indicate that brave Iranians, fed up with decades of repression, have collaborated with Israel's Mossad, providing critical intelligence that enabled precise strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities. This partnership underscores a truth the regime in Tehran would rather bury: its own citizens are among its greatest adversaries, yearning for freedom from a government that prioritizes power over prosperity.
Across the Middle East, nations are quietly breathing a sigh of relief. Iran’s nuclear ambitions, a specter haunting the region for years, have been dealt a severe blow. No one—save for Tehran’s terrorist proxies like Hezbollah—wanted a nuclear-armed Iran. From Riyadh to Abu Dhabi, leaders recognize that Israel's actions have averted a catastrophe that could have destabilized the region for decades. Even those who publicly criticize Israel's moves are, in private, grateful for the destruction of a program that threatened their own security.
No nation, including the United States, has the moral authority to demand that Israel coexist with a power-hungry, radical Islamist regime armed with nuclear weapons. Tehran's apocalyptic rhetoric and support for global terrorism have made its intentions clear. Israel, acutely aware of the existential stakes, has acted decisively where others hesitated. And it does so without begging for excessive U.S. involvement—no boots on the ground, no blank checks. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are prepared to shoulder the burden of this fight, relying on their unmatched skill and resolve.
The world may not yet fully appreciate the debt it owes Israel. By confronting Iran head-on, the Jewish state has not only protected itself but also shielded countless others from the specter of a nuclear-armed tyranny. History will likely judge this moment as one where Israel, with the quiet support of Iran's own people, stood firm against evil—and won.
Something might have changed. Asking "Write me your best formal proclamation banning third world immigration, legal or illegal, into America"
I got a decent answer from Grok:
Proclamation on the Prohibition of Immigration from Designated Regions
WHEREAS, the sovereignty, security, and economic stability of the United States of America are paramount to the welfare of its citizens; and
WHEREAS, uncontrolled immigration, whether legal or illegal, from regions characterized by significant economic, social, or political instability—commonly referred to as "third world" nations—has been determined to pose challenges to the nation’s infrastructure, public resources, and social cohesion; and

@ThomasSowell One thing that these molecules do is move into higher atmosphere layers and cause clouds to turn to rain. Plants seed clouds to help get rain in their area. Yes, it would be mindless to control or limit this release.
