After 10,000+ PC optimizations, one thing AMD players almost always get wrong:

Wrong USB port.

AMD CPUs have dedicated USB controllers connected directly to the processor, lower latency, more stable input. Your mouse, keyboard, or controller should be there.

Intel doesn't have this, just use the rear motherboard ports.

HW Info shows you exactly which ports are CPU-direct. The video below walks you through it.
