I had to log in again recently, but I can't. I have the authenticator app enabled, I uninstalled it once because I didn't think I needed it anymore.
Now I do, and everything I've tried doesn't work. (1/2)
@BlizzardCSEU_EN I know, there is no way for me remove it using that link. I have to prove that I am who I am, but I can't do that with anything I have. I do not want to send my ID to prove who i am. Is it a possibility that a link or code can be sent to my email? ([email protected])
I've tried disabling the authenticator but that requires me to have the authenticator code which I do not know. I am also not comfortable sending my ID for verification.
Might there be a way that Blizzard could send that authenticator code to my E-mail?
