Fun weekend down in Calgary for the @Calgary_Canucks Futures camp. Caleb Maas & Cashten enjoyed hanging out with current players & staff. AJHL champs this past season. @jermaas & I even squeezed in some ⛳️ with the boys. Love it!
Roughly 170 young men took the ice this past weekend to earn a spot with @HockeyAlberta Prospects Cup. Our Cooper Conway did just that and will be heading to Red Deer next month to showcase his skills and enjoy some stiff competition against Alberta's best. Proud of you!!
Congratulations to U-13 AA player, Cooper Conway, for his spot with Capital Green for the 2024 Alberta Prospects Cup! 👏🏻
Best of luck in the big Red Deer battle & have so much fun!
Excellent start to the prospect cup prep camp. Very happy with the players work ethic and listening skills. Day 2 needs to see increased consistency, more attention to detail and purpose. Great talk with the players after practice. Write it down! #hockeyalberta#albertagrit

both on and off the ice. Let us remain humble in victory and graceful in defeat. And let us never forget the joy and camaraderie that this great sport brings to our lives.
To the upcoming year, may it be filled with even more unforgettable moments, thrilling victories, & lasting
and unwavering support have been instrumental in our journey. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to our team. As we reflect on this past year, let us remember the lessons we have learned and carry them with us into the future. Let us continue to strive for excellence,
This year, we have celebrated victories and learned from defeats. We have experienced the thrill of scoring a game-winning goal and the disappointment of a missed opportunity. But through it all, we have remained resilient and united. We have learned that success is not solely
defined by the number of wins, but by the character and sportsmanship we display both on and off the ice. I want to take a moment to acknowledge the coaches, trainers, and support staff who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our success. Your guidance, expertise,
U13AA category award voted on by @mlachockey for the player who “Contributed the most with the least recognition” goes to our own Cashten Knull. He gives it his all every game & is a very consistent player. Cash demonstrates a positive attitude along with his skill. Congrats!
U13AA category award for Top Defensemen goes to our player Cooper Conway! @mlachockey voted him as he had such a consistent year on the back end. Coop was a top dman in our league & feared by many. He quarterbacked our PP and is loved by his teammates. Epitome of a hockey player.
Caleb Maas is our team MVP! Our captain plays the game the right way and has a very high IQ of the game at his age. Leads by example and is a great teammate. Coaches dream player. We are excited to see where hockey will take this young man. Congrats Caleb. @mlachockey
POMP players had a vote on who they think is a positive role model for @mlachockey. He who gives it their all every game/practice, embraces the value & ethics of this great game. Rory Cole this all defines the young man you are among others. Congrats on this Heart & Hustle award.
Callan Gay was awarded our Most Improved player. He started the year with an injury and like any hockey loving kid battled his way thru it and developed his game to the point our coaching staff could trust him in all situations. Congrats CG well deserved!
@mlachockey
Congrats to our assistant coach Chris Andrew who took home some hardware last night. He was awarded the MLAC U13AA assistant of the year! Kids sure appreciated your dedication and hockey knowledge you passed onto group. @mlachockey
