Are you staying on top of your sexual health? 🤔

It’s easy to push STI testing down the list, but we’ve got a stress-free tip to help: GetaKit!

GetaKit provides self-tests and lab-based testing for HIV, hepatitis C, gonorrhea, syphilis, and chlamydia. All you have to do is complete a self-assessment from home, receive in-home testing kits or a lab requisition, and get your results online in just a few days. Plus, you’ll receive reminders when it’s time to re-test!

Why does this matter? Early detection and treatment are key to preventing health issues and staying on top of your sexual health.

➡️ Walk in the centre of the hiking trail
➡️ Wear insect repellent with DEET
➡️ Do a tick check on yourself and loved ones. (Remove Ticks with tweezers)
➡️ Identify ticks using the eTick app (https://t.co/I1Hv438dFm).

With a little prep, we can all enjoy the outdoors safely!
